How does the transaction statement work?

All your activity at Bodog is recorded on the Transactions statement. Watch our video tutorial to learn how to check your recent bets and financial transactions. You can also follow the visual walkthrough provided below.

1. Start by clicking the profile icon at the top of any page to open your Dashboard.

2. Now click ‘Transactions’.

3. Choose a Date Interval to narrow your timeline or look at all of your transactions up to the past 31 days. Each transaction is timestamped for easy reference.

4. Money in, Out and Net Activity reflect summarizes the change in your balance  based on the sports wagers placed and won, casino and poker activity, deposits or withdrawals, and bonuses used within that timeframe. 

Filter your activity further by selecting a specific tab, or view ‘All Transactions’ at once.

5. The Casino tab lists a timestamped summary of your activity at our table games, slots and other casino games. Click ‘Gameplay’ to view the specifics of each session. 

6. The Sports and Horses tabs helps you track all the bets you've made and their results is settled. Filter these by wagers placed, won or lost, or just those that ended with a different result – ‘Push’ or ‘Cancelled’, for example. 

Click ‘>’ for full details, which include the wager’s unique reference number.

7. The Poker tab shows your buy-in and cash out amounts for all Tournaments, Zone Poker and Cash Games played. 

All tabs in 'Transactions', from Casino to Poker, also show the exact number of Rewards Points you earned from each bet and from every Casino or Poker session.  Your updated Rewards Points balance is displayed as well.

8. The Deposit and Withdrawal tabs shows your chosen payment option and how much you added to or withdrew from your account. A unique reference number is assigned to each of these transactions. 

9. The Bonuses tab lists every bonus awarded to you, redeemed by you and every bonus already used. 

10. The Open Bets tab lists any pending bet you've made that still awaits a settlement. For Sports and Horses wagers, this tab also appears on the Bet Slip.  Again, specifics of the wager can be checked by expanding each entry.
