How do I re-enable my account?
Re-enabling Account
Enabling your account is quite simple. All you have to do is send us an email with the following and we’ll be more than happy to grant your request:
- 4-Digit Pin
- Date of Birth

Why is my account disabled?
There aren't many reasons why your account would be disabled, it could be due to but not limited to any of the following:
- We may need to verify inconsistent registered
- Due to inactivity per our Terms of Service
- We may need you to contact us about your account.

Disabling Account
We understand that sometimes you may want to close your account or just take a break. While we’re sad to see you go, we understand.
