What are NFL Prop Bets?
NFL prop bets offer something different for our football fans who like to go beyond just point spread and moneyline betting. NFL Props (short for “proposition” bets) put the power in your hands, giving you an entirely different way to place NFL bets in Canada and across the Western Hemisphere. You might already be familiar with NFL spreads, the over/under and parlay bets, or this could be your very first time betting on football. Mahomes’ odds will depend on the level of opponent and Mahomes’ current form, among other variables. Who will reach the end zone first? Much like our Anytime Touchdown Scorer prop, this is one of our most popular NFL player props at Bodog. You’re betting on the identity of the player who scores those valuable six points, so for a quarterback to win the prop, he has to run the ball in, catch a “Philly Special,” or somehow throw it to himself.
Total Passing Touchdowns O/U
The likes of Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen tend to be pretty high on this player prop bet list, but on a game-by-game basis, it’s difficult to say exactly who will be the king of the passing touchdown.
The beauty of bets like this is that it’s never over until it’s over – which is NFL betting in a nutshell really.
Total Passing Yards O/U
The passing yards player prop bet, much like the passing touchdowns prop, is all about the quarterbacks. Let’s be honest, they are the players that grab most of the attention, and it isn’t difficult to see why.
