How do I validate my phone number?
Bodog guards your account information with a high standard of security. Text message validation is a further measure we take to ensure you are indeed the account holder. Needing to verify your identity by text can occur when performing any of the following actions:
- Initial sign-up
- Updating certain details in your Profile Settings
- Requesting to withdraw your winnings
Our text message will prompt you to enter a code provided into the field displayed onsite. Click 'Verify Now' when done. If necessary, you’re allotted a maximum of 3 attempts to enter the correct SMS code and 3 resend code requests. You’ll be unable to update your Profile or withdraw any winnings from your account until you’ve followed through.
Should you choose not to complete text message validation, a reminder will display prominently on your Dashboard .
If your identity is not successfully validated through this process, your desired action cannot be completed and you’ll need to contact Customer Service for further assistance.
