Cricket Betting Rules
1. Match Betting: All match betting will be settled in accordance with official competition rules;
a. In matches affected by adverse weather, bets will be settled according to the official result.
b. Where no official result is declared, all bets will be made void.
c. Where no price is quoted for the tie and the official competition rules do not determine a winner, all bets will be void. In competitions where a bowl off, super over etc. determines a winner, bets will be settled according to the official result.
d. In First Class Matches; if the official result is a tie, bets will be settled as a dead-heat between both teams. Bets on the draw will be settled as losers. When no price is offered for the draw, in the event of a draw all bets on the match result will be made void.
e. If a match is abandoned due to external factors, then bets will be void unless a winner is declared based on the official competition rules.
f. If a match is cancelled then all bets will be void if it is not replayed or restarted within 36 hours of its advertised start time.
2. Will There Be A Fifty/Century In The Match: If there is no official result, all bets will be made void unless the result has already been determined.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the overs scheduled to be bowled due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined before the reduction.
b. In First Cass Matches, the whole match counts. In drawn matches a minimum of 200 overs must be bowled, unless settlement has already been determined.
3. Will There Be A Fifty/Century In The 1st Innings: The bets are struck on the 1st innings of the match, settlement of which is determined by the team batting 1st only. The innings must be completed (declarations count) otherwise bets will be made void unless the result has already been determined.
4. Team Batter To Score A Fifty/Century In The 1st Innings: The innings must be completed (declarations count) otherwise bets will be made void unless the result has already been determined. In the event of the 1st innings being forfeited all bets will be void.
5. Double Chance: A tie will be settled as a dead-heat.
6. Runs At Fall of 1st Wicket: If the batting team reaches the end of their allotted overs, reaches their target or declares before the first wicket falls, the result will be the total amassed. For settlement purposes, a batsman retiring hurt does not count as a wicket.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if the innings has been reduced due to external factors, including bad weather, if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the overs scheduled to be bowled in the innings, unless settlement has already been determined.
b. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined.
7. Method of 1st Wicket: Retired hurt will not count as the first wicket. If the first batsman retires out, all bets will be void. If the specified wicket does not fall, all bets will be void.
8. Total Fours: Only fours scored from the bat (off any delivery – legal or not) will count towards the total fours. Overthrows, all run fours and extras do not count. Fours scored in a super over do not count.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the overs scheduled to be bowled due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined before the reduction.

9. Total Sixes: Only sixes scored from the bat (off any delivery – legal or not) will count towards the total sixes. Overthrows, all run fours and extras do not count. Sixes scored in a super over do not count.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the overs scheduled to be bowled due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined before the reduction.
b. In First Class matches, the whole match counts. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined.
10. Total Run Outs: In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in either innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined. Team markets will be settled based on the number of run outs whilst the specified team is fielding. Super overs do not count for settlement purposes.
11. Total Wides: Any runs resulting from a wide delivery, except penalty runs, will count for settlement purposes. For example, if one wide delivery goes for 4, then that delivery counts as 5 wides. Super overs do not count.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the overs scheduled to be bowled due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined before the reduction.
b. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined.
12. Top Match Batsman/Bowler: The result of this market is determined by the player with the most runs/wickets in the match. If a player does not bat/bowl, but was named in the starting XI, bets on that player will stand. When two or more players score the same number of runs dead-heat rules will apply. If two or more bowlers have taken the same number of wickets, the bowler who has conceded the fewest runs will be the winner. If there are two or more bowlers with the same wickets taken and runs conceded, dead heat rules will apply.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 50% of the overs scheduled to be bowled in each innings at the time the bet was placed due to external factors, including bad weather. Super overs do not count.
b. In First Class matches, only the first innings of each team will apply. Bets will be void if fewer than 50 overs have been bowled in either innings, unless both first innings have been completed.
13. Team of Top Batsman: The result of this market is determined by which team will contain the top batsman in the match. Same rules apply as Top Match Batsman, with dead heat rules applying if the runs scored by the top batsman on both teams is the same.
14. Man of The Match: Bets will be settled on the official man of the match. If no man of the match is officially declared then all bets will be void.
15. First Innings Lead: Both 1st innings must be completed, unless the result has already been determined. In the event that an innings is forfeited then all bets will be void.
16. Highest Individual Score: The result of this market will be determined by the highest score by a batsman in the match.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the overs scheduled to be bowled due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined before the reduction.
b. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined.
17. Highest 1st Over Total: The result of this market will be determined by the team who scores the most runs in the first over of their innings. The first over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement has already been determined. In the case of a tie, all bets will be void. If an innings ends during an over then that over will be deemed to be complete unless the innings is ended due to external factors, including bad weather, in which case all bets will be void, unless settlement has already been determined. Extras and penalty runs in the particular over count towards settlement.
18. Highest Opening Partnership: The result of this market will be determined by the team who score the most runs before losing their first wicket. Same rules apply as Fall of 1st Wicket, with dead-heat rules applying in the case of a tie.
19. Highest 1st ‘X’ Overs Total: The result of this market will be determined by the team who scores the most runs after the specified number of overs has been completed. Both teams must bat for the specified number of overs, unless result has already been determined.
20. Total Runs In Over ‘x’: The specified over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement has already been determined. If an innings ends during an over then that over will be deemed to be complete unless the innings is ended due to external factors, including bad weather, in which case all bets will be void, unless settlement has already been determined. In First Class matches the market refers only to each team’s first innings. Extras and penalty runs in the particular over count towards settlement.
21. First Ball Outcome: Wagers are settled on the number of runs acquired off the first delivery of the match. Dot Ball = Zero Runs.
22. Most Fours: Only fours scored from the bat (off any delivery – legal or not) will count towards the total fours. Overthrows, all run fours and extras do not count. Fours scored in a super over do not count.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in either innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement has been determined before the reduction.

24. Batsman Match Bets: The result will be determined by which player scores the most runs. Both batsmen must face at least one ball or be given out before first ball is faced for bets to stand. In the event of a tie, bets will be void unless the tie was offered. Unless specified otherwise, bets will be based on the first innings only. Super overs do not count.
25. Bowler Match Bets: The result will be determined by which player takes the most wickets. Both bowlers must bowl at least one ball for bets to stand. In the event of a tie, bets will be void unless the tie was offered. Unless specified otherwise, bets will be based on the first innings only. Super overs do not count.
26. Top Team Batsman: Wagers will be settled on the player that scores the most runs in the specified team’s innings. If a batsman does not bat, but was named in the starting XI, bets on that batsman will stand. Dead-heat rules apply.

If there are two or more bowlers with the same wickets taken and runs conceded, dead-heat rules will apply. If no bowler takes a wicket, bets will be void.

If the batsman finishes the innings not out, as a result of a declaration, the team reaching the end of their allotted overs, or the team reaching their target; his score will be the final result. If a batsman does not bat, the bet will be void. If a batsman is not in the starting 11, bets will be void. If a batsman retires hurt, but returns later, the total runs scored by that batsman in the innings will count. If the batsman does not return later, the final result will be as it stood when the batsman retired.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in the relevant innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement has been determined. Super overs do not count.
b. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless the player has completed their innings, or result has already been determined. In First Class games, only first innings runs will count.
30. Batsman Fours/Sixes: The result of this wager is determined by the total number of fours/sixes scored by the named batsman. If a batsman finishes the innings not out, as a result of a declaration, the team reaching the end of their allotted overs, or the team reaching their target; his number of fours/sixes will be the final result. If a batsman does not bat, the bet will be void. If a batsman is not in the starting 11, bets will be void. If a batsman retires hurt, but returns later, the total fours/sixes hit by that batsman in the innings will count. If the batsman does not return later, the final result will be as it stood when the batsman retired. Only fours/sixes scored from the bat (off any delivery – legal or not) will count towards the total. Overthrows, all run fours/sixes and extras do not count.

31. Bowler Wickets Taken: The result of this wager is determined by the total number of wickets taken by the named bowler. If a bowler does not bowl, he will be deemed to have taken 0 wickets. If a bowler is not in the starting 11, bets will be void.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in the relevant innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement has been determined.
b. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless the player’s bowling innings is complete. In First Class games, only first innings wickets will count, unless specified otherwise.
32. Bowler To Take 5 Wickets: Same rules apply as Bowler Wickets Taken.
33. Batsman Milestones: The result of this wager will be determined by whether or not the named batsman reaches the specified milestone. Same rules apply as Batsman Runs.
34. Match Parlays: eg. Team to win the match, hit the most sixes & have the highest 1st 6 over total.
a. If any stated market is tied then bets will be settled as losers.
b. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in either innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement has been determined before the reduction.
c. Where no price is quoted for the tie and the official competition rules do not determine a winner, then all bets involving match result will be void. In competitions where a bowl off or super over determines a winner then bets will be settled on the official result.
d. Any fours or sixes scored in the super over will not count for settlement purposes.
35. Match Specials/Player Specials: Any bets involving players not named in the starting XI will be void.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in either innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement has already been determined. For anything related to Top Batsman/Bowler, Top Team Batsman & Top Team Bowler rules will apply.
b. In First Class matches, the whole match counts unless specified otherwise. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined.
c. Any bets involving Player Runs, Wickets, Catches, Boundaries and Stumpings will stand if the player is named in the starting 11, irrespective of whether or not they bat/bowl.
d. Where no price is quoted for the tie and the official competition rules do not determine a winner, then all bets involving match result will be void. In competitions where a bowl off or super over determines a winner then bets will be settled on the official result.
e. Any runs or wickets in a super over will not count for settlement purposes.
36. Wicket/Boundary in ‘X’ Over: The specified over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement has already been determined. If an innings ends during an over then that over will be deemed to be complete unless the innings is ended due to external factors, including bad weather, in which case all bets will be void, unless settlement has already been determined. In First Class matches the market refers only to each team’s first innings. For settlement purposes, the market relates to the batting team and only boundaries scored from the bat (off any delivery – legal or not) will count. Overthrows, all run fours/sixes and extras do not count as boundaries.
37. 4 Scored In Over 1: The specified over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement has already been determined. For settlement purposes, the market relates to the batting team and includes any delivery from which a batsman is credited with exactly four runs (including all run fours and overthrows). Extras do not count.
38. 6 Scored In Over 1: The specified over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement has already been determined. For settlement purposes, the market relates to the batting team and includes any delivery from which a batsman is credited with exactly six runs (including all run sixes and overthrows). Extras do not count.
39. Total Match Runs: Extras and Penalty Runs will count for settlement purposes. Super overs do not count.

41. Player To Score Most Sixes: The result of this market is determined by the player who hits the most sixes in the match. If a player does not bat, but was named in the starting XI, bets on that player will stand. When two or more players score the same number of sixes dead-heat rules will apply. Super overs do not count. If no sixes are scored, all bets will be void.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in either innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement has been determined before the reduction.
42. Match Handicap: The handicap is applied at the end of the match. If the team batting first wins or the match is tied then Runs Handicap will be used for settlement purposes. If team batting second wins the match then Wickets Handicap will be used for settlement purposes. If there is any reduction in scheduled overs in either innings, then all bets will be void.
43. Total Number of Wickets Caught: The result of this market will be determined by the number of wickets to fall through the method of ‘caught’. Team specific markets will be settled based on the number of wickets ‘caught’ when the specified team is fielding.

44. Most Runs In A Single Over: This market is determined by the highest total number of runs scored in a single over.
a. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 80% of the scheduled overs in either innings due to external factors, including bad weather, unless settlement has already been determined.
b. In First Class matches, the whole match counts. In drawn First Class matches, bets will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined.
45. First Scoring Shot of The Match: The result of this market is determined by the first runs scored which are credited to a batsman. Overthrows will count for settlement purposes.
46. Series Betting: Bets on Series markets stand as long as at least one scheduled match is completed, unless specified otherwise. If there is no further play in a Series after a bet is placed, then bets will be void. If a Series is drawn and no draw option was offered, then bets will be void.
47. Series Correct Score: Bets will be void if the scheduled number of games are not played, unless settlement has already been determined.
48. Series Handicap: Bets will be void if the number of scheduled games after bets are placed are not completed, unless settlement has already been determined.
49. Top Series Batsman/Bowler: All wagers have action (market may be subject to a Rule 4). If two or more bowlers have taken the same number of wickets, the bowler who has conceded the fewest runs will be the winner. Dead-heat rules apply.
50. Outright/Tournament Betting: Wagers will be settled on the team that wins the tournament according to the official competition rules. Dead Heat rules may apply.
51. The Hundred: An over will consist of 5 legal deliveries, meaning a full innings will be made up of 20 overs. All other rules remain the same as other limited overs matches.
